Training and development offerings for PSHA members plays a significant part in strengthening credibility across the industry.

A partnership agreement was concluded with the SA chapter of the Association of Colleges and University Housing Officers (ACUHO-I SAC) to work collectively on focus areas, including training.

The PSHA is also considering the establishment of a web-based development portal for smaller accommodation providers that aren’t PSHA members. This could include support in the form of templates for typical business processes and even the provision of mentorship.
